Juice with no preservatives leaves no room for shortcuts on cleanliness. Our routine is strict and it is the same every single batch. Produce. Everything is washed in clean running water, scrubbed where the skin needs it, and inspected piece by piece. Anything bruised or split is discarded, not trimmed and used. Hands and surfaces. Hands washed and sanitised before handling produce and again between batches. Boards, knives and the press are washed and sanitised before every batch, not at the end of the day. Bottles. Bottles and caps are washed and sanitised, then dried, then filled and sealed immediately. Nothing is filled into a bottle that has been standing open. The press. Our press is stripped down and cleaned between juice types, so a green juice never carries traces of the one before it. Cold chain. Juice goes cold the moment it is bottled and stays cold through packing and dispatch. Ice packs and insulated boxes carry that cold to your door. Our business.
