Getting children to drink their fruit
Children go for what they already recognise, so start with Pineapple, Watermelon or Orange rather than anything green. Serve it cold, in a proper glass, alongside food rather than instead of it.
Because there is no added sugar, our juices are far gentler than the boxed drinks children are used to — but they are still fruit sugars, so one glass a day alongside meals is the right amount.
Once single fruits are normal, try Tropical, then a splash of Glow mixed into it. Most children get there eventually.
